In the present study a quantitative estimation of phytochemicals like phenols, tannins and flavonoids were determined in Pergulariadaemia flowers and antioxidant capacitywas also determined. The results confirms that the flower of Pergulariadaemiahave significant phytocompounds and antioxidant capacity was significant in methanolic extract at 80 µg which highlights its reducing ability by donationg electrons and hydrogens for termination of radical chain reaction.
