Abstract:
The adding demands of keratinases for the biodegradation of recalcitrant keratinaceous waste like chicken feathers lead to the exploration of newer implicit bacterial keratinases to produce high-value products with natural conditioning. the present study reports a new keratinolytic bacteria Bacillus subtillis, Bacillus velezensis, Bacillus mozavensis, and Exiguobacterium insulated from flesh waste soil 2cm depth which held effective feather Keratin declination capability and convinced keratinase product. Effect of colorful physico-chemical factors similar to inoculum size, essence ions, carbon and nitrogen sources, pH, and temperature impacting keratinase product. Keratin hydrolysate produced from chicken feathers by the action of keratinase was synthesized and vindicated with UV – Visible spectroscopy that revealed natural conditioning like, antifungal action against Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus mozavensis, Bacillus velezensis, and Exiguobacteriumsp and also showed implicit antioxidant conditioning through radical scavenging conditioning by ABTS. characterization of antifungal exertion among these four isolates. estimation of protein from the feather hydrolysate.
