New Spectrophotometric Methods for the Quantitative Estimation of Cabazitaxel in Formulations

Abstract

Cabazitaxel is a semi-synthetic derivative of a natural taxoid.We are developed 5 colorimetric method to quantify the Cabzitaxel in
formulation dosages. Total work carried out in visible range only. We were applied INH, Naptha Quinone sulphate, Haemtoxylin, 2,2
Bipyridine , 4-Amino phenazone reagent to develop a color with Cabazitaxel. In results we got 99.2- 99.89 % accuracy in recovery
studies.
