Abstract:The adding demands of keratinases for the biodegradation of recalcitrant keratinaceous waste like chicken feathers lead to the exploration of newer implicit bacterial keratinases to produce high-value products with natural conditioning. the present study reports a new keratinolytic bacteria Bacillussubtillis, Bacillus velezensis, Bacillus mozavensis, and Exiguobacterium insulated from flesh waste soil 2cm depth which held effective feather Keratin declination capability and convinced keratinase product.
