Abstract:
Cancer treatment has witnessed significant advancements with the emergence of targeted medicine delivery systems, which aim to enhance treatment efficacy while minimizing off-targeteffects.
These innovative approaches exploit the unique molecular and physiological features of excrescences to
widely deliver remedial agents, achieving high perfection and reducing systemic toxins. crucial strategies include ligand-receptor relations, nanoparticle-grounded carriers, pH-sensitive systems, and stimulant-responsive mechanisms. Emerging technologies, similar to antibody medicine conjugates, liposomes, and polymeric micelles, have demonstrated promising clinical results. Similarly, advancements in
nanotechnology, bioconjugation, and molecular biology continue to upgrade targeted medicine
delivery systems. This review explores the abecedarian principles, current operations, and future directions of targeted medicine delivery approaches in cancer remedy, emphasizing
their eventuality to revise oncological treatments.
